No it's because we say (example) My car runs 12.7. Tell the avarage ricer that and they say yea well my honda runs 12.5. Without saying in the 1/8th when we were talking 1/4. It's like a handicap like on pinks when they ask for 20 lenghts.
But there are the ricers who know what there doing and can make a rice I mean race car fast not to mention the deep pockets they need to have.
