I have a 90GT that is stock. It has been sitting about 9 months. I bought it real cheep and have been slowly fixing it up in my spare time to sell it. Last night I started it and it was apparently running very lean occasionally popping through the intake and if I held the RPMs around 2000 for a short time the headers would glow red. The Cel never came on but I jumpered the connection and did a KOER test and got codes 44 and 94. AIR codes really don't make sense to me. I figured I'd get lean codes like 41 and 91. The AIR system is all hooked up and appears functional.
I have another 90GT that's .030 over, running ported GTP heads, ported Exploder Upper and Lower (only the lower is ported), B Cam, 24lb injectors, 70mm Throttle body and spacer, cold air intake with he filter in the fender and a C&L 73mm Mass air housing that is supposed to be calibrated for the 24lb injectors. This car has no AIR on it and I get dtc's 41 and 91, which are lean codes and 33 which is an EGR code. Before I put the C&L on it it was running rich. If I put vacuum to the EGR at idle the engine dies, so I'm going to replace the EGR position sensor.
