So, I'm trying to figure out what tire size to get based on rim size, 18x10 rear and 18x9 front, would that be 255/40YR18 and 245/40YR18 respectively? Any suggestions on tires? I'm probably going to go with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S's.

Well this presents a whole new problem, I'm looking at tirerack.com and I can't find a tire that does both sizes.
I looked at 265 and 295, but, the 295 only comes in 295/45/18 and the 265 is 265/40/18 - i don't want to make my tires look too retarded, but I don't want 10" tires up front, just out back.. ahhh! :nonono:
Help!

A 45/18 tire will be way to tall. You have to remember that a 245/45/17 is stock for a 17x8, and a 275/40/17 is stock for the cobras with 17x9's and these two are about the same height. The middle number is the percentage of the width that is the height. So the wider you go with a given number for the height, the taller the tire gets. So for an 18 inch rim that is pretty damn wide is going to require a smaller number for the height like a 35. I hope this makes sense. I bet if you go to tirerack and punch in 265/35/18 and 295/35/18, you'll find many to choose from. I hope this helps.
