All I know is that + 24 offset is the max you could go without the wheel interfering with the front strut and the rear inner fender well.
A lower numerical (+) positive offset will bring the wheel farther out of the fenderwell.
Thats how the guys at Discount Tire explained to me and thats how I got the look you see in the pics.
I'm not a wheel expert so I hope someone jumps in her and answers your question
