Ring gap questions for stock bottom end with nitrous

I got Federal Mogul Sealed Power ring kit and was wondering what would be a good gap for the top and middle rings. I'm planning to eventually add a wet 100,
I know some people have the gapped their's slightly more for the added preasure on the rings. what do you suggest for the gap's.
