Ha ha ha! Room isn’t an issue at all. This one will never be for sale.Shoot, just go ahead and sell this one to me to free up the space for the next too.
Lots of tape and patience.Nerve racking time, putting it together without scratching it!
i don't envy you.
really good job so far!
I've seen a lot of body guys documenting fitting panels during the body work process, but I've always wondered how you go about fitting the panels after paint. Is there some way of marking where the panels are at when you fit everything before paint?Lots of tape and patience.
You have to fit it and align it twice. But during bodywork you can beat, bang, weld, shave metal to get all the gaps perfect. Then it’s all perfect and when you add paint...it all changes things. But not much so best to just go slow and spend the time to make it perfect.I've seen a lot of body guys documenting fitting panels during the body work process, but I've always wondered how you go about fitting the panels after paint. That's great to know. I've been tossing that thought around in my head for a while now in regards to my car. I'm a long way's off from fitting everything, but it's nice to know how it works. Lol! Thanks man. I need therapy for my ocd issues so I can finish this car.I'm going to need to win the lotto and be able to send you my car (and I don't pay anyone to work on my car) at the same time I send myself to therapy to learn patience... your work is outstanding!
