I just about have the dash done and ready to wrap in leather.
Love the car. What is the substance you are using on the dash and is it for a crack repair or to get a perfect contour?Last update for a few days as I will be on court ordered vacation.
I smoothed out the vents and gave more shape to the edges. This dash is actually an 1800 mile dash that has sat in storage for 20 yrs but still had to fix a few places. When I get it perfect, Im going to wrap it in leather. And I used a couple donor dashes to cut pieces the exact size of what I was filling and panel bonded them front and back and reinforced with screening.
Dash mods complete and ready for prep for leather cover. Now working on the center section which will be built to fit a Holley 6.86 pro digital touchscreen and a double din stereo head unit. Got it roughed in and next comes shaping.
Console boots done and in place.

Back to working on more customer projects today…but squeezed in a hour to work on this piece today and did a quick spray bomb prime to see Where Im at. Still a lot of work to do but starting to take some shape
Another session of shaping and some Spray Bomb primer. Getting happier with it. About to the point where I can put the good stuff

Working on stitching my dash cover. Prepping/sanding the dash to wrap.
Better reup the spit... There nice when there shiney but damn they like to oxidize when you put them in the corner and ignore them lol.
True. But it stayin in a climate controled garage like this car does helps immensely with that.
