Rocker Arm Wear?

Taking my top end apart to do head gaskets. The roller tips on my rocker arms have apparently "walked" over and started digging into the bodies. Is this normal? At what point is a rocker arm deemed "worn out"? I will attach some pictures of one of my rockers. Not all are like this, only a few. Thanks

misaligned guideplates ?Head studs not drilled in alignment with valves?

These are pedestal mount rockers.

I've never seen that kind of roller wear on any of the engines I've taken apart (both pedestal and stud mount) so I wouldn't say it's normal.
I would consider checking push rod length and replacing rockers.

I read on coral that this is likely due to side loading? Potentially due to valve springs causing valves to spin? Anyone have info regarding this? There's not a lot of info out there.I did end up buying new crane energizer 1.7's. Even though there are unknown miles on the old rockers and I plan on rebuilding motor with all new components in the next 1-2 years; I'd rather not destroy these new rockers.
