Rocker arms on 302

I found an ad listing a 302 with a 3 speed tranny attached. Now i would eventually lose the 3 for a 4 speed. But It says the engine needs 2 rocker arms on what I suppose are stock heads. the offer is $350 obo. My question is how much are individual rocker arms and where can I find them. Also, the tranny has been cleaned up. So does this seem like a fair price? I will call the guy tomorrow and ask about the ad. If all goes well, I could have my 302 long before I expected.

Stock rockers are pretty cheap. I replaced all of them on my 289 for about $2/rocker at a local parts store.
