So my package was supposedly delivered yesterday, but wasn't. I've opened a case with USPS.

Not yet. The USPS has "opened a case" but so far has only managed to send me a survey asking how they did. I contacted the vendor today to deal with it from their side.

I promise I'll keep this updated.

Sounds about right. When someone sent meth to my house, I couldn't get in touch with anyone at USPS to report it. Eventually, they sent me a survey.

I can't say anyone ever sent me drugs, but I did have a dealer throw a handful of crack rocks in my truck once. I was driving by with my windows down at the same time a cop coming the other way flipped his lights on and pulled over to bust him. I checked over the whole truck inside and out and found 3 rocks. Imagine trying to explain that if I hadn't checked and got pulled over.

I've started the refund request process through PayPal.
