roll bar sleeves

I am trying to find some "sleeves" to fit a roll bar. I do not want the padding just something to cover up the down tubes where I enter the car. The bar is a tight fit between the seat and the door panel. Does anyone make a "sleeve"

here's a thought, try a bike shop for those snap together covers that go over the center section of the handle bars...
