I have a set of ported E7's with upgraded springs that I will be putting on my car in a few weeks. Just wondering if it would be worth it or not to upgrade to a set of 1.6 or 1.7 roller rockers? Would the stock ones be fine? I'm running the stock cam and a ported intake aswell.

As far as hp gains from them there are minimal at best. They do however wear less. If you have the money........but something to consider is that if you were ever to upgrade heads you would have to buy another set since most aftermarket heads are stud mount rockers not pedistal mount like you would have to buy for the e7's unless you did a conversion but now you are talking about more money. I would say run the stockers as long at they are not worn 2 bad.

If you're gonna stick with those heads for a while, get some 1.7s. Proform sells a pedestal mount kit for like $170 through Summit, so it's not that much of a loss if you decide to go stud later on... since you're just barely putting these ported 7s on there, I say go for it.
