I have just recently re-built my motor and was wondering if roller rockers would help me that much. I dont have enough money for a set of heads. If they would help me what would be the best to buy?
Thanks

Which would be better to have the 1.6's or the 1.7's?

Depends on your set up. I went with FRPP 1.6's.

if i were you i'd wait till i had a set of aftermarket or gt 40 heads - you won't feel any difference (seat of pants) - you may run into clearance issues w/ the valve covers that could thus be avoided by using the stock rocker arms - deal w/ them when you go ALUMINUM!!

Wait till you get some heads because you want the stud mounted RR if you are planning on getting some at all.

It will be easier to get stud mounted rockers with matching heads later.
