Romeo To Windsor Motor Swap Help

I purchased a 2004 Mustang Gt 5 speed with a bad motor.. After looking around I was able to purchase a low mileage motor from a 1999 Gt 5 speed. The shop already has the motor installed in the car BUT the stock wiring harness in the 04 is cut. I need to purchase the complete under hood harness but I am looking for input on what harness I need to buy?? The motor in the car now is a 1999 Windsor the old was obviously Romeo

Do I purchase an7 99-04 Engine harness or do I need either the 99 or 04 specific? I have not yet trailerd the car home from the shop.. They are leaving it in my hands to purchase a harness and hook it all up at my house

any input would be appreciate. I have gotten mixed answers and really need help

Thank you for the reply. I am going to see if the shop will send the bad 04 motor with me when I pick the car up on the trailor so i can get a better idea.
