rotating assembly.

hey i was told that the bore and stroke on the 2v and 4vs are the same. if that is so then couldnt we take the cobra parts and just swap the internals instead of buying outragiuos priced assemblies. cobras will take alot more hp than our regular 2vs. i mean if you wanting a race car than this wouldnt be the best thing to do. but if your wanting a good all around street car i think (if it would work) that it would be good. who know the cobra parts might be more than complete kits. so if anyone has anything to say feel free to chime in. thanx.

Except for the forged steel crank, I'm pretty sure all the rest is of the same quality and strength as a 2V motor. Unless you're talking about the 03 Supercharged Cobra....

the pistons in a Cobra have a different amount of dish than the GT's. they would change your compression. to what, i don't know.

well... im pretty sure that the '03 cobra stuff would be out rageous. but that is the car i had in mind. i was just wondering what people thought. thanx.
