My car accelerates smooth from idle to about 5k when not at full operating temp, but as soon as the engine warms up it will start to get rough at anything past 2k. Any idea's on what could cause such a problem? I threw a brand new distributor, plug's, plug wires, coil, cap/rotor, and fuel filter with no change at all. The car also eats ALOT of gas.

I believe the O2 Sensors are grounded out through the exhaust....Give us more info on your symptoms. Does it run worse after exactly 30 seconds from Startup when already warm or is it after a long drive?

As soon as the car gets warm the acceleration gets unsmooth. I averaged 18mpg on a trip to oklahoma last week on the highway at 1900rpm in 5th gear. It was a pain to drive, it felt like it had lost its power. The car is bone stock with the exception of a off road hpipe and underdrive pulleys.

Ok, that makes me think that its not directly heat related and is probably more related to the ECU switching from Open Loop mode to Closed Loop. First thing I would do is clean the MAF. I'd bet its most likely sensor related if it runs good during startup.

I've cleaned the maf several times with no change in the way it run's.
