Rough Idle At Start Up

Good Day Everyone.

When I first start my mustang it idles really rough, going from 1500 down to 500RPM's. I am forced to give it gas our it will die. It does this for about five minutes or so, then it runs fine.

What could be causing this? My mods are listed below.
