I got a 2007 Mustang GT Outlaw, and I was washing it today when I notice that there is a 1-1/2 to 2 inch crack in the spoiler from the begining of the spoiler Back window side.

Any Ideas on how this happen? Also has anybody else have had this kind of damage form on there spoiler as there is not other damage, and I was not hit by anything.

Possible someone leaned on the edge. It caused leverage and caused the spoiler to crack since it's bolted down.

I doubt it. Think about that ... If that was the case than a lot of cars would be having this problem.

I'll check mine tonight. Have you been driving it in cold weather? It looks to me like there could have been a small crack or other defect when it was installed and the crack has grown due to flexing and vibration.

Edit: Clearwater Florida - I guess cold weather is not the problem. haha

i dont see why they would not warranty it. there is no visible sign of damage, so it would be a manufacturing defect, IMO.

A mustang GT Outlaw? What is that? A regular Mustang GT with six guns and a cowboy hat?
Or maybe a special vinyl sticker package from a dealer?

Yeah there no other visable damage beside the crack, and the crack is slitly indented.

2007 Mustang GT Outlaw Dealer Package: Roush hood Scoop, roush Spoiler, Racing Stripe, outlaw vinly on Hood Scoop, Black Ford Racing Rims.

I bought the car used with 460 Miles for under 20k so I'm not complaining. It had the look I wanted Added a Chin spoler, and window louvers looks great.
