Theres probably not a lot of Roush people here, or maybe there is. ? Sent them an e-mail inquiring about a part and have yet to get a response after 10 days. Gee they sure take care of people...........NOT!

I'll second the advice to call them. They are always on top of their game. Why would you wait ten days for a response from anyone??

i have never had a problem with response times. even on the weekend, when asking about ebay sales, i have had quick responses.

I kid you not, last week I text message saying "Im gonna * you"..... I called em back and its some girl had no clue the text was to me too.
