RPMII manifold to Valve Cover clearance ??

I have a HO fitted with the Edelbrock Elite Valve Covers. Just wandering if any of you guys with the RPM II manifolds have had to fit a spacer between the upper and lower inorder to clear tall valve covers.

Just that at present I have a Performer 5.0, and had to use a 1/2" phenolic spacer to clear my tall Elite valve covers (inorder to have my pcv hose fit underneath).

I had to get a spacer to fit my II over my FRPP covers. Dunno how the edel covers are though.
