Ok, whenever I push in the clutch my RPM'S stay at 2000 and wont drop. If they are lower than that, such as me letting the RPM's get low before I push in the clutch, they will climb back up to 2000. I don't know wtf is going on. I changed the tps sensor and the iac a couple months back. Anyone have some insight into something else it might be. It also dies at random times. My car is making me mad.

Start out by checking the basics, like the throttle body. Its blade might be stuck open, or a return spring may have gotten dismounted.
If not, check for vacuum leaks.

Since you changed your TPS, check the voltage. Also, DC your negative terminal, hold the brakes for a few secs, then let it sit for a good 15 mins. On a cold engine, let her get to operating temps (DON'T touch the gas), and when it does, shut her off and start her up again. Should fix it if the TPS was off.
