Hello everyone I need some help. When I am driving and I press in the clutch the rpms will go up. When I am in gear driving i can feel the car slowly accelerating without me pressing the gas. I have had people tell me it's the tps, the iac or a vacuum leak. If anyone is firmiliar with this please give me some info on things to check. The car is a 1999 Mustang GT.

Here's some information to help you figure out where the problem is as it "could be" any or all (plus more) of the things mentioned. The information in the link should give you some understand how the IAC system works and how to trouble shoot it.
