Converted to T-5 and got the AC fixed. Now the car is running hot. On a hot day I cannot turn the AC on or the car will overheat. I flushed the system, replaced the sending unit and dropped in a 180 thermostat, it didnt get any better.

My car is running a lot hotter than normal as well. If I turn on the A/C it slowly climbs higher and higher until I feel uncomfortable and turn the stupid A/C off.

I have a small leak in my radiator where the tranny lines go in. I'm probably going to replace it and flush the system and put in a new thermostat as well. Sure would suck if that didn't solve the problem.

if you have a leak then your water in the coolant mix is probably evaporating and your system is rich in coolant, when i changed my timing cover gasket it solved all the cooling issues (she still ran kinda hot after fluidyne install)

I have done everything but replace the radiator. I guess thats next. I do see moisture on the fittings for the coolant lines that use to go to the tranny, not enough to leave a spot on the ground though...
