My dad made the comment this afternoon that my car had a blue color to the exhaust at start up and was fluttering at high RPM's when he drove it. I hadn't noticed it but I probably got used to it over the past month or so. Its been a while since the install and doesn't bother me too much but was wondering if I should find someone to tune it or possible another solution to the problem.

Thanks

That's what happens when you use big exhaust. Retuning would certainly help the situation.

The blue smoke and smell are normal of any catback or xpipe install. It just all the crap inside the pipes burning off. After several miles it will stop. Don't worry. Same thing happend to me after installing a magnaflow x-pipe and catback.

You are probably running rich do to the loss of backpressure. Has your gas mileage gone down??? I was running rich after my X pipe install. I would suggest a tune!

Know of any good tuners near Erie PA? I was kinda hoping to save my trip to see Cobra Killer in Georgia for when I finally decide to drop the cash on a S/C.

I reset the computer see if that helps. I thought I did it since the exhaust but maybe I forgot.

ya, reset the computer and wait a few days to see if all the protective coating finishes getting burned off. if it still is running a little rich, then get it tuned.
