running rich

so here's the problem, for some reason my engine is running rich. I can smell gas really strongly out of my exhaust. I just changed my plugs and it didn't fix the problem. Any idea what it could be or how I might go about fixing it? It is a 98 gt vert. w/ upr cai, mac pro chamber, and mac cat back.

Did you go to an off-road pipe? If yes then the smell is normal. If no,then the combo of cai and exhaust has finally thrown the a/f ratio out,you'll need something like a hand held tuner to fix it.
