Hi guys. Recently installed a 331 stroker in my 89GT and it is running too lean. I also installed new 30# injectors and matching mass air meter. Can anyone tell me how to richen it up? Any help is much appreciated.
What MAF do you have? I know that some people have problems with their C&L units, and sometimes those "matched" meter and injector packages don't work great without a good tune. You could cheat it a bit by using an AFPR, like said above, but a tune is your best bet.
This is all assuming you are not having failures somewhere in your system.

Holley systemax intake, AFR heads 185's, I do not have an adjustable fp regulator, stock fuel pump. Also have a pro-m mass air meter. It's running hot, and when you drive it, it doesnt have all the power that it should.
ok well lets wait and see what he has mod wise so we know where to go from there now i have heard about c&l issues i personly have never had trouble with any of there meters btw but for all we know he mite have a fuel pump going out
You definitely shouldn't be using a stock fuel pump with that setup, most will tell you that a stock pump is barely adequate for the stock 302. A 255 lph pump will work great, and allow for some amount of forced induction or nitrous later down the road.
Too much timing will lead to engine knock, and running lean can cause lean detonation, both can cause serious engine damage and if nothing else, excess heat.
yea i know all about the timing causeing heat lol i have to back mine down with my 347 every summer out here in nc bc it wants to start pinging and makes my temp guage go up but i know how to fix that i just throw race gas in it that allways calms her down
