running warm i think????

i own a 94 cobra with a few mods not much , i have a ford motorsports 6lb blower on it 65mm t body off road pipe and well i think it runs warm like 208 i have 195 stock stat new water pump new radiator fresh set of headgaskets lol! anyway i know that the stat only starts to open at 195 and is fully open at 212 so is a 160 the way to go ? fan works to what should these cars run,? running the hell out of it ???? im running 13.90s at 3,800 hundred feet with my stock 3.08 gears i want new gears 3.55 or 3.73S??? 57,000 original miles

Don't do a 160...way too low. 180's as low as you should go. There's a similar thread a few topics down.

so do you like your 3.73 what rpm you turnin at 80?????

At 80mph in 5th gear with 3.73 I'm around 2500rpms maybe a little more.

It's not going to make any difference between a 160 and a 180. Just get a 180.
