When I checked on my spare today I noticed some rust in the tire well area where the spare sat. The well was also missing the plastic cover that goes over the hole which overlooks the fuel tank. Went to go sand down the rust and primered it up today. Anyone who reads this should check that area because I know most of us probably don't unless you've pulled the spare already.
