welcome to my world. i have sportlines also, an i tuck just as much wheel as you do in the front with 225.50,16s. idk what size tire to go with up front with 17s. i rub baddddddd! with the tires i have on the stock 7 inch wide rim already. kinda why im stuck on goin with pony r's because they have 6.5 inch fronts available. luckily i didnt buy the springs but i feel your pain. did i mention i have stock original struts up front still?? buyin new ones this week, thanks to tax refund : )

Way to screw up your car man. :p

Did you get your stuff back from coating?

no. i told him to take his time thats why im getting it done for free.

Oh, gotcha man. Hope you get it worked out soon. You seem to be able to sort through issues pretty well.

sometimes. money is hte issue most the time

What year sn95? Don't some push the wheels out?

95. and yeah it pushed it out some thats why my fenders rub.

didnt pay for mine either. yeah stock struts here too. try ticking 235's up front!

if i was to put isolators in the front how much would that help?

sounds like your having one of those days... we've all been there before

Let the car sit for a few days and think about what it did, cool off and tackle it in a better frame of mind, before wrenches start flying... haha that never ends well.

Save up for some coilovers and dont kill yourself messing with the stock setup

All you need to do is turn the tie rods out more ryan. On my black notch with 95 spindles and fox inner and outer tie rods, I turned the outers out 17 times per side to get it to the alignment shop.

yeah had to spin mine about 10 times on passenger side and two on driver. went and got my new lowering springs. now to go put them in. eibach are already out.

Quick and dirty toe in check:
Clamp an ice pick on the front part of the fender well so that the pick point scribes a mark on the tire. Rotate the tire so that the scribe mark is all around the tire. Do the same thing to the tire on the other side.

Use a tape measure and measure the distance between the scribe marks at the front of the tire. Then try to measure the scibe marks at the rear of the tire with the tape. Measure the back side of the at the same height as when you measured the front. More distance at the back means toe in, and less distance at the back means toe out. You should shoot for 1/16"-1/8" toe in.

i usually have a friend hold a tape measure on a certain part of the tread and i do the same on my side.. measure. Also you want to turn them equally, 10 times on one and 2 times on the other side is a bad thing, they should be even.. i would start over with the toe adjustment or your car will turn farther one direction than the other(in parking lots and such)
