s-trim guys what strut tower brace fits?

I just won an auction for a chrome mac strut tower brace. Well Im not really sure that it will fit...

I have a steeda one right now and i had to cut and modify it a little to get it to clear the blower. Well i doubt i can modify chrome very easily to where it isn't noticable.

So I am just wondering if anybody knows weather or not this new mac one will fit... And if it doesn't what will.

some people say you don't need it but im still pretty skepticle. I mean there must be a reason that they put them stock but they don't put them on the v-6's (I don't think).

I have a BBK and it fits perfect. You just need one for a GT-40 intake b/c it's cut differently.

Good find.. It that is indeed brand new, you got a great deal, even if you included thi shipping.

The $154 + shipping advertised is tho...They are around $139.

Let's see it when you get it on...

I did have to bore out slightly one or 2 of the holes to get them to line up..

well im glad to find out that it should fit anyway.. Im gradually trying to work my bling up to a level near yours RC and JR..

Bad part is that at the local car shows i have put my car in i have propped the hood only 11-12 inches so that people can see the graphics on the hood, so it would take an engine like yours to make me want to open it up all the way. (someday maybe)
