Same Feeling?

Went into the side door of Dick James Ford, Dec 23, 19and87, signed some papers for a car I ordered the previous Halloween. Longest half hour of my life. We got up, walked out the front door, and, in the second parking spot, under the lights, was this spotless Regatta Blue 5.0... 6 miles on it, brand new. Mine. Love every time, ever since. Nothing like it, cept maybe for the kids!

I look back at all my vehicles i've owned. I wouldn't have bought them if i didn't have a thing for it.


I do it to my Mustang when i see it even 11 years later...and i do it to my G35. Funny thing is when i get caught and someone says "did you just look back and check out your car??"

Yes I definitely get that feeling everytime I look at my '91. I wasn't too happy with it when it was having problems, I actually hated driving it. But after fixing the problem (broken motor mount), that feeling changed. I love driving it again, I sometimes find myself saying, "Man, I love this car." It's been in my family for 18 years this February, and I plan on it being here another 18.

I have the same feeling but my car is in the garage at the moment,,i open the door once in a while and just say ,damn thats going to looks badass!!!!
