Scammed by seller on stangnet now what??

Yeah my girl friend got ripped on e-bay for an exhaust as well. we contacted e-bay and they said they would look into it, i mean we got the guys addy and everything. However does us no good since he's in califonia and i'm in PA. Otherwise, well we'll put it this way although i wouldn't kill him or anythign. He would need to find a new house to live in hehe. one day i'll prob go to cali in a few years, i'll still remember him. LL i still got his # i think i'm gunna call him again and harras him some more

Thanks for all the input. The guy is Gregory Moore from California and goes by [email protected]. I paid 300.00 dollars thru my paypal account to this guy for a used set of 97 cobra spindles and brakes. Deadbeat seller!! I just heard back from paypal again today and they say they need a sepeana to release onfo. Anybody file a fraud claim for this kind of thing? I want to get him. I just wanted to upgrade to 5 lug!!

I feel your pain....got scammed here on stangnet myself. RECENTLY. I have given this guy his last chance to pay up, and have done the paypal thing (no luck). He lives within driving distance from me, so I am contacting his local PD and if no results, ME AND THE BOYS ARE GONNA RIDE. I am one aggrivated sob, and I didn't take my pill today...

Yeah I got screwed out of $300 by Shaun Liberatore. I call his house every day and no answer. I'm calling his local police and the FBI on my lunch break tomorrow. If they do nothing, I may pay him a little visit with some of my friends.
