schematic help asap please. easy question

I have a short in my headlight wiring harness and I need a bit of information but cant find any schematics of my system on the net. I have a 1965 mustang with dummy lights. No guages. What I need to know is what color wires are the headlight low beam and what color are the headlight high beam? I know I can find out buy taking the headlight and testing it at the plug but my headlights are adjusted so pefectly and my short is in the engine compartment. So if anyone can look at a manual they have or a schematic and let me know the wiring colors for the low beam, and high beam I would be greatly appreciative. Thanks in advance!!!!

autokrafters has the wiring harness schematics for your car, as does virginia classic mustang, and NPD.

Va Mustang has it like rb said for about 14 bucks. And that's for ALOT of the electrical stuff if not all of it.

well, i'm having trouble reading the schematic for some reason, but here is what i can tell ya. One wire is black and the other is either red-black or green-black. I'll try to scan you the page i'm looking at.
