Scosche Sucks.....Metra Question

yea so i installed my new alpine headunit today in my car that has the Mach 460 and used the Scosche adapter from crutchfield although i got some sketchy opinions on this forum from people about it... some say it works some say it doesnt.... anyway it sucks... i tap it and turn one gain adjuster screw and the whole system is affected...all speakers... and all the pins gave me trouble as the pushed out trying to hook it up to my stock harness...

anyway i took advice from others here and ordered the metra smart harnesses.... 80-5511 and al1680..... i didnt pay for them yet but my local audio shop is getting them even though he told me that scosche makes great products...

so anyone who can assure me that these metra harnesses will not damage my factory amps please do so because im a bit scared of that.

any input is good on the metra harness

I have the Metra harness and it's plug and play. I have used Metra in all my cars.
