SCT Big Air Mass air meters

I see the SCT Big Air 2400 and SCT Big Air 2800. They are the same price, why wouldnt someone get the 2800 if it handles more power and just to get it for safety also if you ever go bigger later on. I dont see why they have choices of the 2.

i ran into the same situation. after thinking about it for a little while i realized that the smaller MAF is better for 400-600rwhp than the bigger MAF because you will use more of the voltage spread on the smaller MAF. that means you'll have a more accurate fuel curve due to the increased resolution. having tuned my own car, i purchased the BA2400 because of that reason.
