SCT tuner, can't find individual adjustments

Hello,

I have an SCT tuner for my V6. A shop did the tuning work for me. They applied 'street tune'. I need to detune the 3rd to 4th shift point, but I can't find where I set any individual options at. Can anyone help?

I see the custom tune, it has the 'street tune' in it. I see return to stock and I see strategy tune. If I pick strategy tune, it says it's not setup or some such message. Is strategy tune where I should be able to adjust individual items? Did the shop not do something on the tuner that would make this option work?

Did your Tuner come with a CD-Rom? When you first open it from the original packaging you should insert the disc into your PC and connect the tuner to the PC with the supplied cable. That enables you to update your tuner online so you can have the strategy tune option available. To answer the other question; yes, you will be able to change your shift points between gears (for automatic) and change the redline of your RPM's (for manual). I hope this helps.
