It's getting so you can't even post your God given opinion on a solution now days, without some whippersnappin jerk wad calling you out. The place is sucking pretty badly right now, so I'll see ya all in la la land. It's all yours MAX. You won a big victory today. I know that makes you feel all warm inside. Now.............FO!!!

Candy and all the others who PM'd me, thanks for the support. SD wouldn't know the place the way it is now. So that legitamate posters don't suffer, I will continue to check in and offer my assistance, ONLY, I will be responding through the PMs. Sorry to regulate this, but it will keep the negative feedback from trolls to a nill. Until then.....................

Man, this persecution complex is out of hand. Seek help.

This place isn't mine or anybody elses. Go back and look at your own posts. You have done more than your share of negativity.

And usually it doesn't have anything to do with having an opinion, it's how you state it.

If you give attitude, you will get it back, plain and simple. It appears you can dish it but can't take it.

Stick around or leave if you want. From this point forward, I will neither respond or address you, if that makes your life simpler.

Why is this not in the "TALK" section?

Most of us have no idea what it pertains to, nor do we care.

I'm sorry but stating that you are only going to respond in PMs is pretentious and makes you sound like you think your opinion in beyond reproach or scrutiny from others.

BTW, I didn't respond anymore in the whole vacuum advance thread after it turned into a flamfest but you should know that what I stated originally supported your opinion but 351LX and others were correct.....I and YOU were wrong. I was using info I was taught as a youth but I haven't had a vacuum advance car except the T-Bird in almost 25 years but had one at my house recently and tested what was said.....and the others were correct that ported vacuum is nil at WOT.

Some call it venturi vacuum, either way it is not manifold vacuum. And the vacuum advance hooks up to ported/venturi vacuum whatever you want to call it.

I spend a fair amount of time here. It's obvious to me that you know a lot more about cars than I do. I've enjoyed some of the back and forth between you and Worth. I wish you could ease back on the attitude and have fun with others here as well and not try to "win" or beat them down.

You've attacked me and others too many times. This post does not surprise me, and it's just the attitude that has bothered me before. Many people (myself among them) don't know a lot about cars and are here to learn. Many of us do try to help people as well when we can. I have no problem with being wrong - I'm used to it since it happens a lot. But I don't like being abused.

Oh, and abbreviated swear words are just as poor form as spelling them out.

There has definitely been way too many personal attacks going on lately.
Let's play nice, or play somewhere else.
