Seat Dye

I'm wondering if anyone has dyed the seats in their car, and what the results were. I have a friend who had grey interior and he has everything swaped out, but the seats. I saw some vinyl dye at Advanced that claimed it could be used to do carpet and seats too. I'm just looking to gain some knowlege on this subject. It is going to be a temporary solution for now..... until he can round up some money for new seat covers. Thanks for the help.

INTERIOR DYE

You might want to check out Parasol Inc. dyes and paints. Depending on all of the materials you want to dye, they seem to have a good product for everything. I have used their products on hard plastic, and seat vinyl with great results.

he wasn't wanting to spend too much on doing this, so unless someone else has any other suggestions he'll probably wait till he has the money to replace them. Its probably one of those deals where you get what you pay for.
