Seat Track Hardware

One of the base metal parts on the seat track of my 89 5.0 is torn pretty badly, does autozone carry most or any of the hardware parts for a 5.0 seat track? Im not even sure yet how much needs to be replaced. Im going to try to take a pic of the problem tonight for ya'll!

If the issue is with the track, I doubt you'll have luck with a parts store being of help. Did you snap a chunk of metal off?

power or manual seat track? manual seat tracks are fairly inexpensive not worth paying to get welded and in some cases the power seat track can be welded..
