Im trying to reassemble the rear of my car , welded quarters on using the old deck panel (goes infront of trunk lid) , it's the piece that is between the trunk lid and rear window .
I have the roof off the car so I can replace it's rustyness with a NOS coupe roof panel .
Anyway , I have the deck panel off and it almost seems like I have to put the roof on first to prevent the deck panel from being too low .
Im trying to get a confirm that the roof panel lays under the deck panel , in the rear window edge corners .
Does anybody have a picture of the rear window frame , with thier window/gasket removed that shows the corners ?
My roof in in storage at a buddies house 20 miles away so I can look at it tomorrow afternoon but it takes a 40 miles round trip to look at something one of you guys might have .
Shame is I have pics of the NOS roof but I did not take pics of the sail panel/lower edge where it meets the deck panel .
