Yes and if you read up on the original movie they only used one yellow mach1 for the entire chase scene. It was heavily modified , but took all of that abuse and is still running today!! To me that is way more impressive than CGI.

Yeah and the Nick Cage movie had to destroy 5 classic Mustangs! They should have taken a lesson from the original and not destroyed any. I hate watching movies with classic cars in them because they always destroy them! They did it in both fast and furious movies, in Starsky and Hutch, Gone in 60 Seconds and so on. I always feel like demanding my money back when they make watch a classic being destroyed
