If you are buying a new trans...don't keep anything off the old one. I personally would buy a new clutch fork, TO bearing, pilot bearing, pivot ball and cable. Keeping old parts is like changing oil but no the filter.

i agree. these cars are old and you might as well put new parts to get another 20 years out of them. do it right the 1st time around.

I idnt think the old bellhousing was worth anything but anyway, I bought my tremec along with a new BH from d and d and comes with new bolts for the bellousing to mate to the trans. I had to swap over the clutch fork. The clutch fork is a very sturdy peice and time did not seem to take any toll on it so my vote is to reuse it if you want

Yeah, don't give those old bells away. I work at a JY and I have sold those on average for no less than 75 a pop. Although I got lucky one day...this guy calls: "I am building show engines for a car show, I need two 302 T-5 bells. They are getting smoothed out and chrome plated, I don't care what they cost, corporate is paying!" I was like okay!!!! 150 a peice...he came and bought both. So they are worth saving if you ever plan a future t5 swap.

LOL 'Corporate' should fire that guy and you should get a raise. NEW T5 Bells are $199.
