Serious Problem, HELP QUICK!!!

Ok Me and my bro in law just painted my calipers. We put them on and attempted to bleed the brake lines. There is NO pressure in the pedal and we bled them for 30 mins. with no success. WTF!!! I'm really angry. What is wrong? I tried bleeding with the car running, with it off, with the parking brake engaged, nothing. The rotors still move when I push on the brakes. Please, someone help!!!

I think I read somewhere on here that these newer stangs with ABS have to be bled by the dealer. Not sure why that would be, but I'm pretty sure that's what I've read here.

dont know if this helps but when i put a set of brakes on my dads 98 gmc my dumb ass took the caliper off. even after i bled them it didnt do right, i called my half brother thats a mechanic and he told me to replace the banjo bolt. i did that and it worked. its like 6 or 7 bucks for it.

Mak sure you are trying to bleed the wheel farthest from the Master Cylinder. Most likely the passenger side first.

Tell us your method and we can tell you what you are doing wrong.

It is true that if the ABS valve goes dry when you take the caliper off, you will need to take it to Ford to have bled. Don't ask how I know this...

bleeding order....passenger rear, drivers rear, passenger front, drivers front.
Also make sure that the bleeder valves are not overtightened and leaking....make sure you have plenty of brake fluid in the master cylinder..if you dont have any in the master cylinder your just feeding air through the lines!....To bleed properly pump the brakes hard about 5 times and then have one person hold the pedal down while the other twists the bleeder valve, you should hear a hiss...do this again to all calipers until you have nothing but fluid running out (NO AIR, this includes bubbles,gurgles and hisses) When your bleeding you SHOULD feel the pedal getting a little harder each time until it becomes "fully hard" <---get your mind out of the gutter guys

Well I found the problem, we had to prime the fluid from the master cylinder attachments also and then bleed the brakes. On other cars, the master cylinder primes itself when the calipers are being bled. We started with the driver side and it worked fine, so I don't know about the theory of starting from the farthest side. But everything is turning out.. Thanx for the input
