Serious Problems need help asap

Just changed head gaskets, for the second time, started the car to run and it ran fine. Let it idle for a bit and changed oil to get rest of the "milk" out of it. Ran it again and more water in the oil, hooked up my radiator pressure tester and pumped it up with the oil plug removed and it would drip water, I had the heads surfaced and pressure checked and they were fine, now I am leaning towards a cracked block???? Also there seem to be no vacuum on my guage unless I pressed the gas a little then it would shoot up. Thanks

Did you chase the wholes for the head bolts with a tap? This will make sure your gettig correct tq readings by removing the trash in the holes. Is your tq wrench calibrated correctly? Are you doing the correct tq sequence and in 4 steps starting around 35# and going up to around 80# on the tops and 75# on the lowers is what I run? What head gasket are you using? Ive seen ppl with these problems befor and they switched to a graphite type gasket wich is what FTI told me to use when I asked them wich ones he uses. They seal better around water ports. Water can also come in from the intake gaskets not sealing. I like to use some silicone on both sides of the felpro gaskets around the water ports. What about timig chain cover? If it leaked on the inner area around the water ports water could get in the oil. Im sure you have checked most of these but im just trying to throw out any possibility. Let us know what you find out.
