Damn i'm too late, i really wanted to post this.

Oh well it will help someone out if they do a search later.

Not to pee on your parade, but shouldn't your belt routing diagram be located on a sticker on your front suport, right near your radiator. That's where the one on my Cougar is......even though I don't use that belt routing set up anymore.

Ok, stupid question, but I'm completely new to Mustangs, and I need to change my belt. Your diagram has made it very clear the order in which to route the belt, but I have a procharger installed - how does this affect the routing? I'm sure I could just look and see, but I just wanted to make sure. Also, where can I get the "gator" belt, and what is the part number? Is it any different if I am running a procharger? Oh, and where is the belt tensioner located on that diagram? Is it one of the numbered items? Thanks!

Slightly off topic, but I recently replaced my serp belt for the second time since I've owned the car, now at about 72K and my A/C works like a dream. Yes living in Northern California last week required the A/C.

Cheers! -I found the part number searching for my vehicle on kragen.com / autozone.com / napaonline.com all showed the same part number. +1 for the goodyear gatorback belt.

I've never changed a serpentine belt before and my bullitt needs to have its replaced, I'm assuming number 7 is the tensioner but i cant seem to see this square hole you are all talking about I only see the small bolt that holds it on?

You might be looking at the bolt that holds the tension arm to the FEAD (shown in the diagram between pulleys 6 and 7). The square hole used to relieve the tension is at the other end of the arm...
