Ok I got my stang checked a couple weeks ago and they said the reason the Service Engine Soon light was coming on was because it needed a new air filter. So I changed the air filter and reset the code. But just recently the light came on again. I hooked it up again and it still comes same code saying "Secondary Air Injection Incorrect Flow Detected". What else could be the problem, could it be a bad sensor?

Your mass air flow sensor could be dirty and calling for the filter change. You got rid of the dirt problem from the filter, but now your MAF is still dirty. Technically you shouldnt ever attempt to clean your MAF. But, there are plenty of shadetree mechanics that will spray it down with a little throttle body cleaner and voila, your problem is gone.
