When I set my new head gasket on my 351 block,I noticed that the oil return hole in the front didnt line up real well with the gasket,partially covered.The back return hole lines up perfectly.Compared the new gasket with old one and it matches it exactly.think this will cause a problem?everything else lines up perfect.

If it's close then I would not worry about it. You do have the gaskets going the right direction with the the right side up don't you? That can cause alignment problems but most of the time it's much worse than what you described.
