setting idle screw

I know it is here somewhere but cannot find the right way to set the idle agj screw on a 89 5.0ho. My buddy started messing with it trying to correct a emmission problem and now I need to get it set right again.

Its right under the TB....there is a little L shaped bracket that has a little bolt threaded through it. this stops the TB blade and adjust the idle speed. good luck
