Here's the deal. The parking garage where I work has a high angle drive. In order not to scrape my front end on the incline, I go in at an angle. However, when I go in at angle one rear tire spins excessively trying to go up the drive. When the weight is on three tires. I know this is becuase of the IRS (my Mach1 and GT didn't do this). The tire spins with VERY little throttle...VERY LITTLE. My question is, will a IRS brace or bushings do anything for this?

It's normal, sounds like one of your rear wheels is losing contact with the ground because of the steep incline/angle. That's how the limited-slip differential works when traction is lost (or in this case, "limited").

See How Stuff Works for further:

(section on "clutch type limited slip")

Yup! That's normal. My snake does exactly the same thing!
