Roush Shady dealer on ebay?

Come on Scott.

That's as real as it gets.

I agree these guys should be taken our back to the shed and receive a good southern whipping. Most of them wouldn't know a real Saleen if it ran over them though so I guess you never know.

I'll drop you a line tomorrow.

Its a pretty shadetree job too! I know several used car dealers in this area. They know what a Saleen is but, they can't tell a real one from a fake. I also know of a few new car dealers who don't bother to check. One here got bit pretty bad a few years ago on a fake vert.

They really had me convinced to place a bid until I saw that engine bay plaque.

Seriously, the dealer may not necessarily be at fault for this one. They just may be victims of their own ignorance if they took it as a trade-in, purchased it @ an auction or from a 3rd party seller.

As much as car dealerships may have earned their poor reputations over the years, I'd be very surprised if any of them would be so unscrupulous as to take the effort to fake something like a Saleen Mustang in order to turn a quick profit. There is simply too much information out there to expose an obvious fake that the potential results simply wouldn't be worth it to them.

But that's just my opinion.
